Does your life feel like it’s falling apart due to the ending of a relationship, job, or life stage, and you feel at a loss about how to move forward? Are stress and anxiety taking over your thoughts? I help couples, teens, adults, and families who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, or relational stress. I often take a systems-oriented lens, helping clients understand how their past and present environments, including family dynamics, shape their internal world. Healing is something that doesn’t just happen in isolation, but in the context of our relationships, communities, and beliefs.

I believe therapy is both an art and a science—a sacred space where evidence-based tools meet deep human connection, reflection, and growth. I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University. My approach is grounded in cultural responsiveness- getting to know the whole you, from your upbringing to your identities to your values. For clients who desire it, I welcome conversations around faith and spirituality. I honor the ways our beliefs can both anchor us and evolve, and I’m committed to creating a space where your authentic self is welcome.

Therapy with me is collaborative and intentional. I utilize trauma-informed care principles, drawing from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems work. In therapy with me, you will learn to become more grounded, connected, and clear about the life you want to build. Connect with me today, and let’s get started!
