We believe that healing emotional trauma cannot be done without a physical aspect to the treatment as well. This is why we are partnering with Helix Massage to provide massage therapy at our Oak Park office on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Al has been in Chicago for almost 10 years. She practices deep tissue, myofascial and Swedish massage, as well as lymphatic drainage. Soon she will be offering cupping services as well. She loves all kinds of somatic and movement practices, especially massage therapy for its effectiveness in relieving pain and increasing mobility. 

Prices range from $50-120 depending on the length and type of massage. Add-ons such as hot stones, cold facial rollers, and abdominal massage (amazing for releasing anxiety and trauma!) are available too.
