  • Dr. Grace Martin, PhD, LMFT, Founder and Director of Advancement (she/her)

    Grace started GTWC literally in her basement in 2019, and has grown it to what you see today with the help of incredible friends, mentors and colleagues. She is passionate about making mental health services accessible and normalized for all. Towards this goal, Grace serves on the board of two nonprofits: our own intern program and the Phoenix Clinic.

  • Elana Thomas, LCSW, President (she/her)

     Elana serves as President guiding the organization with a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and visionary leadership. With a foundation in various therapeutic modalities—including EFT, ACT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy—Elana ensures that GTWC remains a beacon of holistic wellness, self-improvement, and mindful healing. Her strategic approach to leadership balances ethical integrity, innovative client care, and the practical demands of running a thriving therapy practice. Navigating the complexities of professional regulations, insurance frameworks, and team collaboration, she fosters an environment where both clinicians and clients feel supported in their journeys toward growth and transformation.

  • Brittney Brooks, LMFT, Nonprofit Chief Operations Officer (she/her)

    Being a leader requires a balance of strategic vision, operational efficiency, and strong mentorship. Brittney has a strong belief that leadership extends to guiding and developing a team of professionals, providing clinical oversight, and fostering a supportive work environment. She prides herself on having effective leadership while providing and encouraging strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire and empower staff to provide high-quality care.

  • Dr. Stacy A. Stewart Jackson, PhD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, For-Profit Clinical Director

    Dr. Stacy A. Stewart Jackson, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University. Her work spans children, teens, adults, and families, with a focus on systems-oriented care that integrates evidence-based approaches with compassion and cultural responsiveness. For clients who desire it, she incorporates faith and spirituality, honoring the ways beliefs can support healing and growth. Her approach fosters a collaborative, intentional space where individuals and families feel seen, understood, and empowered to thrive. She is also passionate about leadership development and clinical supervision, mentoring emerging professionals to grow in skill, confidence, and ethical excellence.

    Samantha Arroyo, LCPC

    Samantha serves as the Clinical Manager at GTWC, where she oversees clinical operations and supports a team dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care. With a deep passion for serving underserved communities, she works to break down barriers to treatment and ensure that quality, compassionate care is accessible to all. Samantha believes that mental health services should be rooted in equity, empathy, and cultural understanding, and she brings that philosophy into every aspect of her leadership. Her work reflects a balance of professional expertise, genuine connection, and a steadfast commitment to making meaningful change in the lives of clients and the broader community.

  • Colleen Boylan, Operations Director (she/her)

    Acting as the Operations Director here at Grace Therapy and Wellness Center, Colleen chooses to lead with gratitude first. Advocating for advocates is a passion of hers, alongside a solution-focused, communicative, and empathetic approach to an administrative role.
