No matter where you are in your journey, it’s never too late to find purpose, passion, and joy. You are exactly where you’re supposed to be, and I look forward to meeting you there.

There are so many reasons that people avoid going to therapy. I get it, I’ve been there. Beyond the vulnerability and cost, finding a therapist who feels right can be a challenge.

I believe that healing starts with genuine connection — being seen, heard, and understood in a truly judgment-free space. I also believe that the right therapist learns just as much from their clients as clients do from them. My goal is to build a trusting relationship where we can work together to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

I welcome all people, regardless of identity, and have a special love for working with women and their partners. I support those dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, divorce, abortion, aging, life transitions, sexuality, and trauma. My approach is emotionally focused, helping you put feelings into words, process relational trauma, and foster secure internal connections. I also value self-exploration and often incorporate mindfulness, yoga, meditation, movement, creativity, nutrition, and humor into our work because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bradley University and am supervised by Carly Novoselsky, LCPC. I proudly accept sliding-scale clients because I believe everyone deserves access to quality, affordable mental health care.

No matter where you are in your journey, it’s never too late to find purpose, passion, and joy. You are exactly where you’re supposed to be, and I look forward to meeting you there.
