You will never know how far you can go by staying where you are.

I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in both connection and trust. I bring a nonjudgmental, empathic presence to therapy, creating space for you to slow down and reflect. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and co-create new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you. My hope is to support you in gaining deeper self-awareness, in learning to recognize what is no longer serving you, and in moving toward the change you’re seeking; all in your own way and at your own pace.

I’m passionate about working with clients who are navigating grief, trauma, struggling to connect with themselves or others, substance use, and more. My approach draws from a psychodynamic lens while remaining trauma-informed and deeply relational. I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s collaborative, and I’ll work with you to tailor the process to your unique needs and goals.

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School and attend regular clinical supervision with Samantha Arroyo, LCPC. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds into this work. Reaching out for help can be the hardest part, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you begin your therapy journey.
