(He/Him)
“In our work together, I’ll invite you to be honest, to be human, and to take small risks toward something better.”
Every life tells a story—and sometimes, we reach a chapter we don’t know how to write.
Maybe the plot has taken a sudden turn through grief or betrayal. Maybe you and your
partner can’t seem to get on the same page anymore. Maybe the roles you’ve been
playing in your family aren’t working, and you’re ready to rewrite the script. My job is to
step into that space with you, slow things down, and help you figure out what comes
next.
I work systemically, collaboratively, and with a deep care for my clients’ lived
experiences. Therapy with me often includes laughter, some direct feedback, and a lot
of curiosity. I draw primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Family
Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy—lenses that help us zoom in on the patterns,
relationships, and values that shape your day-to-day life. Whether we’re exploring how
you and your partner repair after conflict, or navigating parenting choices that have you
frustrated, my goal is to help you connect, not correct.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families (kids included!) who are
navigating complex transitions or stuck places. These might include co-parenting
challenges, infidelity, divorce and separation, grief, religious trauma, discernment work,
questions of sexuality or gender, or even that vague but very real sense of “Who am I
anymore?” I’m also drawn to working with folks exploring existential crisis,
deconstruction from religious systems, men’s mental health, neurodivergence, and sex
and intimacy concerns. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming to clients from all
backgrounds and belief systems.
In our work together, I’ll invite you to be honest, to be human, and to take small risks
toward something better. You deserve a therapist who can meet you where you’re at
and walk alongside you as the next part of your story unfolds.
I’m currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella
University, under the supervision of Carly Novoselsky, LCPC, CADC.
