“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Change is calling—but answering that call can be the hardest part.
Let’s be honest—change is rarely easy. It can feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, and even scary.
It takes many forms: navigating chronic illness, breaking free from substance use, or adjusting to a
new chapter in life. But here’s the truth: it’s never too late to invest in yourself.
As your therapist, I’m here to walk alongside you—to support and empower you through life’s
challenges and transformations. I welcome all identities, backgrounds, religions, and political
perspectives. As a first-generation Latina and the oldest daughter in my family, I understand the
weight of navigating multiple worlds.
I work with adults at all stages of life who are navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, grief, or
major transitions. My approach is person-centered, and I integrate interventions such as
reframing, positive self-talk, and emotional regulation to fit your individual goals and needs. I am
currently under the clinical supervision of Angela Scalisi, LCPC, ATR-BC.
After earning a dual Master’s degree in Forensic Mental Health Leadership and Clinical Mental
Health Counseling from Adler University. I gained experiences in outpatient community settings
supporting individuals managing substance use, mental health challenges, and systemic barriers.
These experiences have shaped my belief in creating an inclusive, nonjudgmental space where
all individuals—especially those who identify as BIPOC, marginalized, or justice-impacted—can
feel seen, heard, and supported.
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and liberating. Together, we’ll work to break old
patterns, heal wounds, and help you build a life aligned with your values.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to be part of your journey. Let’s connect for a
free 15-minute consultation.
