“The best way out is always through.”
Breaking old patterns. Healing old wounds. Creating the life you deserve. Together, we’ll
work to build the change you’re ready for. I am passionate about helping adults navigate
the different phases of life. I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, and a little
humor — creating a space where you can feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. My
approach is client-centered, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe, supportive
environment for change. I believe that therapy should feel personal, not robotic, which is
why I bring my full self into each session: genuine, compassionate, creative, and
empowering.
I received my Dual Master’s degree in Forensic Mental Health Leadership and Clinical
Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. I specialize in working with anxiety,
trauma, and life transitions, using a mix of CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy,
motivational interviewing, existential, and Gestalt approaches. Together, we’ll work
through challenges like stress, emotional struggles, or patterns that no longer serve
you. I am supervised by Angela Scalisi, LCPC, ATR-BC.
I was drawn to this field because I believe everyone has a story worth sharing — and
that talking openly about our experiences can help us become the best version of
ourselves. As someone who has faced my own challenges, I understand the courage it
takes to seek support, and I am committed to walking alongside you with respect,
humor, and hope.
When I’m not in session, you might find me playing on a softball or volleyball team,
practicing yoga, journaling, or exploring new places. You may also meet my dog, Olive,
who occasionally makes a guest appearance during telehealth sessions!
I offer therapy in person (Oak Park and North Center locations) or via telehealth, with
flexible availability during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
If you’re ready to start your journey, I’d be honored to support you along the way.
