My goal is to support you in becoming more grounded, connected, and clear about the life you want to build.

I believe therapy is both an art and a science—a sacred space where evidence-based tools meet deep human connection, reflection, and growth. I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University. My approach is grounded in cultural responsiveness, clinical excellence, and faith-informed care. Whether I’m working with children, teens, adults, or entire families, I bring warmth, structure, and a deep respect for the complexity of people’s lives.

I especially love working with clients who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, or relational stress. I often take a systems-oriented lens, helping clients understand how their past and present environments, including family dynamics, shape their internal world. I see healing as something that doesn’t just happen in isolation, but in the context of our relationships, communities, and beliefs.

For clients who desire it, I welcome conversations around faith and spirituality. I honor the ways our beliefs can both anchor us and evolve over time, and I’m committed to creating a space where your whole self is welcome.

Therapy with me is collaborative and intentional. I utilize trauma-informed care principles with a deep respect for each client’s lived experience and identity. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems work. My goal is to support you in becoming more grounded, connected, and clear about the life you want to build.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, a child, or your family, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
