Relationships can hold so much hope and yet, when connection breaks down, even the smallest conversations can start to feel like walking through glass. You may be holding the pain of betrayal, distance, or silence that never seems to heal. Maybe you’ve lost touch with the part of you that used to feel secure, playful, or desired. My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening and rediscover safety; within yourself and in your relationships.

I see problems through a systemic lens: not as personal flaws, but as patterns shaped by story, experiences, culture, and history. Together, we’ll slow the chaos down, trace where those patterns come from, and learn how to meet them with compassion and accountability.

With practice rooted in Narrative Therapy, I believe you are not the problem; the problem lies in the stories that once helped you survive. My work helps you tell those stories differently, with dignity and choice. I invite you to step outside the problem, to see it as separate from who you are, so that new stories and possibilities can emerge.

In my work, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, Gottman, and trauma-informed care to guide couples and individuals through infidelity, high conflict, harmful communication, sexual disconnection, anxiety, and life transitions – especially those tied to immigration and identity. My space is one of openness, curiosity, and cultural awareness; a place where you can breathe again, name what’s real, and practice new ways of feeling relationally safe and alive.

Therapy with me is not about perfection, it’s about presence, courage, and becoming more whole. Our work will move at a pace that honors your courage, your story, and your hope for change. If you’re ready for a different story – one with more clarity, care, and choice – let’s talk.

I am available for a 15 minute consultation call to see if I am the right fit for you. I am supervised by Joe Lorenzo, ALMFT.
