“Behavior can make sense with the right context. I will work alongside you to help identify that context, and to facilitate your healing.”

Are you looking for help navigating a relationship or sexual dissatisfaction? Do you need somewhere to safely process the trauma or deconstruct the unhelpful beliefs that hinder you from becoming your most authentic self? The world can feel like a heavy place, and I am here to help you carry that burden. As a relational therapist, I believe that an individual is not the “problem,” rather that the “problem” is the undesirable interaction between patterns; many of these maintained by unhealed emotional wounds. Behavior can make sense with the right context. I will work alongside you to help identify that context, and to facilitate your healing.

My style of conducting therapy is client-centered and emotionally-focused. In the therapy room, I approach sessions with a laidback, direct, curious, and non-judgmental lens. Together we will understand what experiences might affect current behaviors, we’ll identify unmet needs, and facilitate new solutions to effectively meet those needs. I am LGBTQIA+, sex-worker, ENM, and kink-affirming, with a firm belief that therapy should celebrate and explore the diverse identities and experiences of all clients.

I am pursuing my master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy at Adler University, and my supervisor is Dr. Brittney Brooks, LMFT. I know that finding a therapist can be hard! Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.
