Are you looking for help navigating relationship issues or sexual dissatisfaction? Do you need a space to safely process trauma or deconstruct the unhelpful beliefs that hinder you from becoming your most authentic self? The world can feel like a heavy place, and I am here to help you carry that burden. As a relational therapist, I believe that an individual is not the “problem,” rather the “problem” is the undesirable interaction patterns maintained by unhealed emotional wounds. Behavior can make sense with the right context- which I will walk alongside you to discover.

My style of conducting therapy is client-centered and emotionally-focused. In the therapy room, I approach sessions with a laidback, direct, curious, and non-judgmental lens. Together we will understand what experiences might affect current behaviors, we’ll identify unmet needs, and facilitate new solutions to effectively meet those needs. I am LGBTQIA+, sex-worker, ENM, and kink-affirming, with a firm belief that therapy should celebrate and explore the diverse identities and experiences of all clients.

I am pursuing my master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy at Adler University, and my supervisor is Dr. Brittney Brooks, LMFT. I know that finding a therapist can be hard! Please feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.
