Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.
— Henry D. Thoreau

As a black woman, I understand the complexities of navigating life's challenges while carrying the weight of past experiences. I am trained in helping individuals and couples process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work is rooted in the transformative power of storytelling. I believe that by re-examining and reshaping our personal narratives, we can begin to heal from past trauma. Drawing on my own lived experience, I integrate evidence based practices with culturally informed approaches to ensure every client feels understood, validated, and supported.

Whether you are working through generational wounds, struggling self doubt, or seeking clarity in your journey, I am here to walk alongside you. Using trauma-informed techniques, I help clients reconnect with themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and find empowerment in their healing process.

Therapy should feel like a conversation, one that honors your experiences and helps you move toward the life you deserve. If you are ready to begin, I would love to support you.

Courtney attends supervision with Carly Novoselsky, LCPC, CADC.
